We currently ship our products within Canada only. We offer the following shipping options with Canada Post. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Please note we are closed Sunday - Tuesday and on holidays.

Delivery Delays

Out of Stock
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you of any shipping delays.
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has left our salon, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.
Damaged Parcel
We are not responsible for any damage to packages delivered to a PO Box. If you receive a damaged parcel, please email nicoleshairstudio@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged product and shipping box.
Unclaimed Delivery
If the carrier fails to deliver the item as intended, follow the instructions on the notice to retrieve your item.
Please note, you have a maximum of 10 business days to pick up your package. After this period, it will be returned to us, and a refund will be issued minus the delivery costs.
